HOW TO USE:
Step 1:Prior to insertion, thoroughly wash your hands with warm water using the mild, unscented soap.
Step 2: Put the menstrual cup in the boiling water for 5 minutes.Hold the menstrual cup with the stem pointing down,drain the water completely.
Step 3: Place a finger on the top rim of the cup and present down into the center of the inside base to form a triangle.This makes the top rim much smaller to insert.With one hand,hold the folded cup firmly.
Step 4: Take a comfortable position:standing, sitting,or squatting.Relax your vaginal muscles,gently separate the labia,insert the cup into the vagina straightly.Make sure the cup expand completely after inserted.However,continue to insert until the stem is even with the vaginal opening.
